How Does it Work?

All you are required to have is a high speed
internet connection (Broadband) in working
condition.

Contact us and let us know you are interested
in a LiveTech! service session. One of our techs
will email you with a web site address to type
into your browser. Once on that site, simply
type in your name, and follow the simple on
screen instructions.

In a matter of seconds, our computer will be connected to your computer over the internet. And we'll actually be seeing your screen, and controlling your computer remotely.

Then you just sit back, and watch us go to work on your PC while you enjoy a cup of tea!

How much does it cost?

You will be billed for this service in 10 minute
increments. Our rate for this service is the
same as our rate for traditional on site service
(house calls) which is $90 per hour.

But, where traditional on site service requires
a one hour minimum, we have no minimum
charge for LiveTech! service.

Although LiveTech! may save you money over
traditional on site service, there are many
other advantages.

There is the obvious advantage, we can
service most problems, no matter where you
are located; whether you are right here in
Naples, or in Timbuktu!

And we can usually service your needs
right away, rather than waiting for a tech
to visit your home.
